Rental Rate and Fees
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of rental fees is due upon booking.
Security: A security deposit of $200 is added to the rental fees. It is due 30 days before arrival. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Check-out Date provided no deductions are made due to:
· damage to the property or furnishings;
· dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
· any other cost incurred by owner due to guest’s stay.
Balance: Balance of total fees is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, fees will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% if cancelled 30 – 59 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to Check-in Date
Policies of Huronview Cottages:
· no pets
· no smoking (of any substance)
· cottage to be left in the same cleaned condition as found upon arrival, if there are issues, please notify management immediately
· renters provide own linens (bed, kitchen, bath, beach), pillows provided upon request
· renters provide own paper products (facial tissue, toilet tissue, paper towel, tin foil, cling wrap)
· we reserve the right to limit the number of occupants, any person regardless of age is considered an occupant, maximum occupancy is 5 in the 2-bedroom cottages and 7 in the 3-bedroom cottage
· use of temporary accommodations is prohibited (such as tents or campers)
· as the premises has more than one cottage, it is expected that all guests will be considerate and respectful of other guests’ enjoyment of the property
